This property does not appear to make any exceptions, even in the event of personal emergencies. I recently lost an immediate family member just days before my scheduled booking and my request for cancellation was declined. I would urge others to carefully consider this when making a reservation, as my experience reflected a lack of compassion during a difficult time.

I love the breakfast buffet. The food taste excellent and a lot of choices. I like how the staff are accommodating. I just wish that they would open the pool until 10 or 11 pm.

Henann Hotel is the best

The Hotel is massive and always busy. The amenities are in best level. The room is amazing. The hospitality and customer service from the staffs are impeccably above and beyond.

1 bad thing. There 3 Hennans next to each other. Only 1 has beach access and its not this one. You are treated as second class guests because of that. You have to pay to use the gym. You cannot use the beach fronts swimmimg pool.
