Azevedo Ranch - Cowboy LOFT

Azevedo Ranch is a spectacular hobby ranch on 101 acres with "a river running through it." A Garden of Eden in Southern Utah with meadows, woods and views of the back side of Bryce Canyon National Park. The River is stocked with German brown and rainbow trout, and there is a stocked trout pond. Wild eagles, owls, hawks, antelope and deer live on the ranch as well as our own cattle, goats, chickens, horses and alpacas. Located 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park.
The space:
The Cowboy Loft is a fully contained, one bedroom, one bathroom unit (one Queen in the bedrrom, one Murphy bed in the living area) perched above the garage of the Main House, with its own exterior staircase entry. It has a small kitchen and living area which are professionally decorated in ranch style. It is very secluded and quiet, with lovely views of the ranch and pond. Guests must be able to climb stairs.
Guest access:
There are a total of 3 properties at the Azevedo Ranch. The Main House, The Cowboy Loft, and the Cowboy Cabin. These properties can be rented individually, or the entire Ranch can be rented for large events.

The common areas include parking, fire pit, pond, and surrounding pastures and forests.
Other things to note
No parties, or events, unless approved in advance of booking by the owners.

Azevedo Ranch - Cowboy LOFT offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
