Mar de Estrellas Stay

Overall, our stay was okay. It was not the cleanest place, they had issues with a lot of insects, granted the area and the temps will heighten this but I had to move rooms multiple times because of issues each room had. It was inconvenient for me as I traveled with two small children making things a lot harder. I would probably not stay there again if given the opportunity.

Excelente para fin de semana!!

Quizás por temporada vacacional en el restaurante se acabaron rápido algunos alimentos y se reducían las opciones de comida. El personal muy atento y las instalaciones en lo general muy bien!!

Todo esta perfecto, el personal tiene lapsos de no saber comobtener calidad en el servicio, se dirigen a uno con desinteres y muy agresivos cuándo ellos dicen que tienen la razon. Me pidieron unas toallas que nunca me dieron y me preguntaron muy golpeado, donde estan las toallas?

Las instalaciones las están adecuando. La playa, no entiendo porque no tienen alunas sillas o camas. Seguridad, no existe, si te pasa algo, no hay servicio medico. Por lo menos es lo que note. La persona de recepción, muy poco amable.
