The studio is thoughtfully designed with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, and all essentials), a comfortable living/sleeping area, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Stay connected with fast 100Mb fibre WiFi – ideal for remote work or streaming.
Located just 20m from the communal pool, you can cool off in moments. As part of Paphos Gardens Resort, guests also have the option to pay and use the hotel’s full range of amenities, including spa, gym, restaurants and indoor pool.
A short stroll brings you to the beach and vibrant Poseidonas Street, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and a bus stop with connections to the harbour, airport, and old town.
Whether you're here for sun, sea, or sightseeing, this quiet and well-located studio is the perfect base for your stay in Paphos.
Guest Access:
The apartment has a private entrance, private garden and patio exclusively for your use.
As our guest, you have full use of the communal pool and gardens; the sun loungers around the pool are available for your use.
The Neighborhood:
Paphos Gardens Resort is located in Kato Paphos and is very close to the main promenade and tourist area with many restaurants, shops, bars and hotels.
Getting Around:
The bus stops are down the road from the complex; but most places are within walking distance - including a sandy beach.
Other Things to Note:
Pool rules:
1. There is no lifeguard or fence around the pool, so use of the pool is entirely at your own risk.
2. Opening hours: the pool is only open from 8AM until 7PM – absolutely no entry to the pool is allowed outside of these times.
3. NO GLASS, CERAMICS OR SHARP OBJECTS are allowed around the pool – plastic containers only.
4. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION (AGE 18+)
5. Appropriate swimwear must be worn by all swimmers – particularly young children and babies. Swimming nappies MUST be worn at ALL times by babies.
