There is plenty of space to unwind in this beautiful modern residence. You won’t feel crowded with the clever layout of the villa, with its generously sized rooms, two en-suite bathrooms and additional WC. The striking triangular shaped HEATED pool measures 7.50m in length and the width varies from 3.00 to 4.5m.

The villa has an up-to-the-minute Italian designer kitchen, and benefits from satellite TV and Internet. The double-storey villa is generous with its accommodation. It comfortably sleeps 6 Including 2 babies and boasts 2 en-suite bathrooms plus WC (There are two double bedrooms upstairs. both en suite).

Pool Heating: Upon Request at extra Daily Cost €70
Our heated pool is electrically heated and may take up to three days to reach the desirable temperature by providing the pool with beneficial warming, but not making the water hot. The temperature of the pool is also exposed to outdoor-external weather conditions, hence we cannot guarantee your pool will be constantly heated at a personally comfortable temperature. Pool heating operation takes place during the winter months, i.e from 1 November until 30 April.
(Lower temperature 23 degrees Celsius – Maximum temperature 27 degrees Celsius)
