Ideally located just a short walk from Protaras’ lively main strip and perfectly placed between two of Cyprus’ most loved beaches—Konnos Beach and Fig Tree Bay—they make a great base for days out and family adventures.



Inside, the villa is thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The open-plan ground floor includes a bright living area with a comfy sofa and large flat-screen TV with international channels, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy family meals. Patio doors lead directly out to the garden and private pool—perfect for watching the kids play while you relax nearby. There’s also a guest toilet on this level for added convenience.



Upstairs, there are three welcoming bedrooms. The master and second bedrooms each have a double bed, blackout blinds, and air-conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds—ideal for children. All bedrooms come with their own en-suite bathroom, giving everyone space and privacy.
