The property itself looks lovely - through the window. I feel sorry for the owner of this property because the agency operating it are useless. We were unable to contact them by phone - no answer and no option to leave a message. They also didn't respond to messages via Expedia. We had to use this system to contact them as we had no other contact information. Apart from an initial message from them asking for an email address to send information to (which never arrived) they didn't read a single further message we sent. When we arrived at the property there was no-one there to meet us and we had no access. Expedia were brilliant. They relocated us to another property despite the fact that it was almost midnight on a Sunday.
