Villa Nausica is a stylish four-bedroom, fully air-conditioned villa set right by the sea in one of the most sought-after areas of Cyprus—perfect for a relaxed and memorable family holiday.



With its unique layout, calming sea views, and fantastic location, this villa offers a comfortable home base just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Fig Tree Bay, one of Europe’s top-rated beaches. Shops, restaurants, cafés, and all the essentials are close by, making it easy to enjoy your time without needing a car.



The villa features its own private driveway and an inviting courtyard entrance. On this upper level, there’s a bright en-suite bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe space, and air conditioning—great for guests who prefer fewer stairs.



The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is fully equipped for family meals and relaxing together. Large patio doors open out to a decked terrace with sun loungers and outdoor seating, leading down to a large grassy space—ideal for children to run and play while you enjoy the view or unwind by the pool. The setting overlooks the scenic peninsula and sparkling sea, making it a truly special spot for sunny days.

Amazing Villa

This villa is as expected from the description and the photos. It’s spacious and modern with all the facilities and more to ensure a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the sea and then the centre of Protaras for restaurants. I would highly recommend this villa. The TVs didn’t work in all areas which was fine for us as we didn’t particularly need them but nice to have the option
