Disliked: Cleanliness
The check in was not quick we was waiting around and didn’t receive check-in until we had called multiple times. There was a pair of pants in the kids toys, Dust everywhere and not just a little bit on surfaces, thick balls of dust everywhere - hadn’t been cleaned before we got there, There was clutter of personal items everywhere, The bins had not been emptied there for the apartment smelt awful.There was one less sofa bed (which was needed) that was advertised, Not enough bedding supplied and the bedding that was on the beds was not cleaned, they smelt dirty and the kids bedding smelt of Urine! No towels supplied even though it’s listed that there was. It was just an incredibly dirty apartment and didn’t have all the bits that were listed. The communication was awful we had tried getting in contact before our stay and didn’t hear anything back, whilst also trying to send messages through out our stay- still haven’t heard anything. It was just an awful stay and it’s unfortunate because the apartment itself has so much potential, with the view and location
