This property is a house on the last two levels of a XIX century building steps away from the Champs Elysees. The fourth level consists of the living room with an office corner, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet, the living room opens to a large planted terrace , the fifth level which is reachable with a private staircase consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed and its en suite half bathroom with shower and bath tub, a full bathroom with shower and a combo washer/dryer and a second bedroom with twins which can be transformed into a queen bed. the toilet of the full bathroom is easily reachable from the master bedroom. The apartment TV is in the master bedroom.
The property is reachable with a staircase ( 4 flights of stairs) and has NO elevator . It is located on a quiet street a few steps away from the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. The nearest metro is Etoile with has metro line 1, 2 and 6 and the RER A . The Monoprix ( large supermarket) of the Champs Elysees is 5/10 minutes away
You will be personally welcomed at check in to answer all your questions.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 300pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 300pm.

Wonderful large apartment with great location close to the metro! We had an amazing time and loved having the large balcony to relax after a long day exploring Paris. We debated where to stay for a while and this was such a great spot only 2 blocks from the Champs-Élysées. The stairs are real so be prepared to climb with your bags. Check in with Olivier was exceptionally smooth. We even got early check in at 08:30 after arriving at CDG at 6:30.

This place was SO GREAT. Would love to stay here again. Beats staying in a hotel a hundred times over. My family was more than comfortable and we hung out in the living area quite a bit. Quick jaunt to the grocer or baker to grab anything you might need. Check in was seamless and the whole place appeared to be nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t do much cooking. The bathroom in the main bedroom is so cool. Really loved it.

Great stay, family of 4

Great space for our family of 4, Mom Dad and daughters aged 10 and 12. Very spacious, and the large private patio was exactly what were we aiming for. Close to everything. The walk up the stairs was the only drawback, but we were ready for it and it was worth it for such a nice private space.

Fabulous Property

Exceptional quality property. Very clean and super easy check-in and check-out. Very large private patio which we used regularly. We were there in March and having the windows open made for the perfect temperature. Location was very quiet even with windows open. No elevator carrying my luggage up was not fun but we actually got used to walking up the stairs and everything else the property offered made not having an elevator not a big deal. I would absolutely stay here again.

Unbelievable Experience

If you want to be in the heart of it all then you should book this place. It’s better than the pictures, in just about the best location I can think of for a week in Paris, and close to all the transportation options for getting around the city. We will be back!

Beautiful retreat in the city!

This apartment was steps away from Champs Elysees, which means restaurants, shops, sites, and the metro. The location was perfect. The apartment was spacious and clean. We were able to spread out and relax once we arrived, which was wonderful to help combat the jet lag. Olivier was extremely helpful with check-in and gave us some great tips for getting around the city.

Paradise steps away from Liveliest Area of Paris

Hard to put into words how perfect the location is. You are nestled in this serene neighborhood, literally steps away from the Champs & Metro. The advantages are boundless. Wake-up in a beautiful true Parisian penthouse apartment, stroll to local bakeries & market for fresh breads, treats & fruits & eat on the very large terrace...don't have to waste time & money at restaurants. Stroll the Champs anytime day or night & be able to take mid-day rests to re-charge, Hop the Metro from steps away anytime to make it to the sites (Eifel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame etc.) and be back in minutes. A washer/dryer is a fantastic luxury that allows you to bring less baggage, another cost and headache savings. The host Oliver was wonderfully accommodating and is available all of the time to guide you on anything you need. We offer the highest recommendation and will tell all of our friends and family to choose this residence. Enjoy!
