Convenient boutique hotel

Great location in the 16th. Very friendly staff, newly renovated hotel, and a comfortable firm bed. Highlight was a short stroll to a Michelin star restaurant!!

The hotel is in a great area the only issue is that the gym is not a gym is only with a bike and a very tiny space, the rest is as all the Europe hotels small and boutique.

A very good location, and newly refurbished! Rooms were designed quite nicely, and the small balcony with Arc de Triumph view and chestnuts outside added to a nice atmosphere. However, they clearly cut corners on small details like the quality of the bedding, paper cups in the rooms, cleaning was also done with a very strong smelling air freshener. Breakfast was cheap and cheerful.

A newly refurbished hotel , tastefully done. Comfortable bed , watch the sun rise over the Arc De Triomphe from your balcony with coffee from the nespresso machine. Very helpful and friendly staff , small but brilliant gym. Plenty of bars around and a short walk to the Champs Elysees . Thoroughly enjoyable 3 day stay .

Great service from this little hotel

A new boutique hotel. Great service from the whole team. More personal in general. Everything is new so it’s in very good condition. The rooms are small but adequate. The bed is a good size and really comfy and the street noise is not bad. Balcony overlooked the street and the Arc de Triomphe. Location is excellent.

"Sono arrivata in hotel la sera, stanca, e sono entrata nella mia stanza. Per qualche ragione, la stanza non era stata preparata. Sono scesa alla reception e mi hanno detto che a quell'ora non potevano fare nulla, ma mi hanno dato degli asciugamani puliti. La mattina dopo, quando sono scesa, ho nuovamente segnalato il problema alla receptionist, dicendole che la stanza non era stata preparata. Lei mi ha risposto che invece era stata preparata, che aveva lasciato dei pacchi nella mia stanza e che aveva visto che era tutto pronto. Io le ho detto di no, e lei mi ha detto che stavo mentendo e mi ha trattato molto male. Le ho chiesto il suo nome, ma non ha voluto darmelo. È stata un'esperienza orribile."

No geral um bom hotel

Hotel novo, ainda com muitas coisas a melhorar. Localização muito boa, café da manhã muito fraco, check in confuso, apenas 1 atendente pra atender e fazer tudo do hotel, inclusive organizar o café. Ao chegar no hotel não recebi o quarto que eu tinha reservado e como era 3 quartos, consegui que o meu fosse trocado para o tamanho que eu tinha pago, porém os outros 2 não, o segundo quarto foi trocado no segundo dia e o terceiro quarto só no terceiro dia, o que acabou nem sendo feito pelo transtorno de mudar de quarto no penúltimo dia, uma falha muito grande do hotel. Pontos positivos são a localização e o hotel ser novo. Outro ponto interessante foi a abordagem do rapaz da recepção que após o check in me chamou e pediu pra eu ter cuidado pra minha filha de 2 anos não mexer em nada porque o hotel era novo, achei de extrema deselegância a abordagem. No final ele até elogiou a nossa filha dizendo que ela realmente era muito educada e que não parecia ter uma criança no hotel. Outros dois pontos negativos do hotel são: toalha de banho muito pequena e pressão dos chuveiros muito fraca.
