I never actually got to stay there, granted I didn't see the small print that said I had to ring 24 hours before but when I got to the Apartment block and rang the number provided the person only spoke French and then the call was ended. Attempts were made to ring back but it went to voice mail. In the end I had to book in a Budget Hotel for three nights which was more then adequate

Esto es una estafa exijo la devolución

Es completamente un estafo, es una habitación en una casa muy sucia que no te dan acceso hasta las ocho de la noche. Ellos dicen que a las siete, pero a mí me dieron acceso hasta las 8:30 de la noche no me contestaron el teléfono porque te dicen, habla por teléfono y no te lo contestan. La habitación está terriblemente sucia con las sábanas de todos los colores no tiene Cortinas, no tiene clóset. El colchón es un colchón doble con sábanas de todos los colores sucias. El baño está sucio, lo encontré con papel del baño, no te dan acceso a la sala, te dejan encerrado en una habitación con el acceso nada más al baño y te sacan a las 10 de la mañana no te dejan ni siquiera bañarte. Exijo una solución porque no me dejaron ni bañarme, tenía por mi seguridad y me tuve que encerrar porque son muy escandalosos, hacen muchísimo ruido, el niño lo golpean son una familia de papá, mamá y hijo al niño, lo golpean y se la pasa llorando y hacen muchísimo ruido desde las seis de la mañana se están bañando con escupitajos, mocos vomitada, terrible le pido Hotels.com que quiten a estos personas de su plataforma, porque no es hotel, es una estafa para que no le suceda a próximas personas como a mí, que soy una mujer viuda de vacaciones con un niño de nueve años, mi hijo no pudo dormir en toda la noche del miedo de los ruidos, y estuvimos toda la noche con la ventana abierta, y con la luz prendida

The room that we booked and payed for turned out to be not available. We called them to tell them what our time of arrival was and they didnt recognize our reservation, later through texts they told us there was water damagein the room that we booked. Expedia did help us where they could and were very friendly and eager to solve it.

J'ai du aller dormir dans l,algeco du chantier C la première foie et la derniere foie que je me sers de votre site pour reserve une chambre. Et en attendent le remboursement de ma réservation J'attend de votre par que l'endroit où a été faite ma réservation et une sanction de votre part merci

Une grosse arnaque

L'annonce est clairement une grosse arnaque. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi sur un site d'hôtel il y a des particuliers qui mettent en location des chambres privées alors qu'eux-mêmes habitent dans l'appartement! Les propriétaires de l'appartement nous ont loué une chambre personnelle ou dans l'armoire il y avait les culottes de la personne! La douche est cassée, il n'y avait aucun équipement dans la chambre et le chauffage était coupé Alors que la fenêtre était ouverte par -2! Ils ont fini de se doucher à 22h donc j'ai du attendre et prendre ma douche juste derrière. Il est préciser sur l'annonce Que c'est une chambre d'hôtes mais nullement une chambre privée Chez des particuliers ! Et il n'y a aucun parking mon véhicule à passé la nuit dans la rue!

Pas de signalement extérieur. Pas d'information sur la réservation que c'est une chambre d'hôte qui est répertoriée en hôtel dans les propositions (saisie d'écran faisant fois). Incroyable! Je réserve et je paye une chambre dans un hôtel et celle-ci se transforme en chambre d'hôte. L'entretien de cette confusion étant inadmissible je porte plainte pour tromperie.
