We had a great time. Air conditioning was great. Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff. Spoke English well. Very helpful. Does not have traditional shower. Has tub with handheld shower.

We absolutely loved our stay at Charles V. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Pierre and Mark always made sure to greet us when we came to the lobby and if we needed anything they were quick to meet our needs. The area around Charles V was on the quieter side of Paris but still had plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. We would love to come back for another stay.

This is a boutique hotel so be aware that the rooms are fairly small. But the staffs are super nice and patient, the location is very convenient (close to two major metro lines). I do appreciate that I don’t need to walk much before go into my room after getting into the hotel when every day in Paris was a long walking day.

We liked everything about this property and our stay there. The first room for our seven was a bit small, but my wife was pleased, so I was as well. We then spent several more days in a great premium room! Overall, we were well satisfied. But I must say that the staff made this a memorable stay. They were so friendly and accommodating.
