Charming Parisian Apartment in the heart of Paris

The typical Parisian apartment recently renovated, which has kept all the charm of the old "Haussmanian" style
It is spacious, practical and functional, you will find broadband wifi, a TV with all international channels, a fully equipped kitchen with modern oven, induction hob, dishwasher and refrigerator. The bedrooms are spacious with a large bed in each room, dressing room. In addition there is a small room attached to a bedroom with bunk beds which will delight children, I'm sure!

Nestled in the heart of the lively district of La Motte Picquet Grenelle, across from the above-the-ground metro of the same name (serving lines 6, 8 and 10) and at the corner of the street of the Commerce, the apartment offer the unique experience of living in a Parisian neighborhood, as well as direct access to major points of interest, both professional and touristic.

Although we were happy with the location, unfortunately our stay here wasn't so pleasant. We had issues with the washing machine with wet laundry still in the tub. After putting our washing on the machine leaked everywhere. I didn't get a response from the owner so i had to hang out our washing dirty so it dried before our next destination. We ran out of clothes and we missed a tour. I also got stuck in the main bedroom as there is no door handle.

Great place with everything needed, extremely easy access to metro. Communication was a little lacking once arrived, as they sent a message with information on how to access the unit but didn't actually include the code for the lockbox for the physical key. Took multiple hours to get the code with a copied message written to another individual who recently used it. We were also warned of the water being off due to construction until a certain time which was no problem, but once that time passed we still didn't have water. Once again another message and multiple hours later was told we need to turn the water back on ourselves with the valve. A little frustrating but once the communication was ironed out it was a great place to be.

This is a great apartment for a family traveling to Paris. The host communicated early with the details to access the apartment and we did not have any issues using the instructions to get in. The apartment is well apportioned and was a good size for our family of 5. The bunk beds allowed our kids to not have to share a bed together during the trip. The kitchen has all of the basics (including both types of coffee makers) to make breakfast and other meals during our trip. Finally, the location of the apartment is super convenient to the a few markets and the La Motte-Picquet – Grenelle Metro station (with access to 3 different metro lines - the 6, 8, 10).

Die Lage des Apartments ist gut leider ist war eine Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber nach der Buchung bis zur Anreise, nicht möglich. Das Apartment ist leider schon etwas abgewohnt. Türklinken hängen teilweise heraus oder sind gar nicht mehr vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage sollte dies am nächsten Tag gefixt werden, was aber nicht geschehen ist. Die Sauberkeit im Apartment, lässt leider auch etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wir mussten nach Ankunft das Klo und das Bad-Waschbecken noch mal reinigen, Fazit: Lage gut, Apartment etwas abgewohnt, Kommunikation mit Gastgeber stark verbesserungswürdig

Great location, great apartment.You need to deal with parking though. Tried to communicate with Christophe but he wouldn’t let me know where to park.As someone from North America I had no idea how to park, get the zenpark app ahead to find your parking.

The location was perfect as it was right across the street from the Metro. We were actually given the wrong code to get in to the apartment. We had to wait until another tenant arrived to let us in. The apartment was clean and as stated in the description, however, we had issues with no Wi-Fi for the first 2 days. We also did not have hot water and had to leave the apartment early. Owner tried to get it fixed but was unsuccessful until after our visit was over.

The place is accessible to shops, restaurant and Eiffel Tower. We did not use the kitchen amenities. I hope you put exhaust in your toilet. Very helpful staff when the door access was changed. Chris- the host is easy to communicate.

We loved the location of the apartment - it was handy for taking the Metro, there were sites to walk to and it felt like a very safe neighborhood. We had to pursue the manager to get the address and check-in information when we arrived in Paris.

The house was responsive. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean and it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen is clean and everything we needed above all else. The apartment was located in a great location near public transportation, and the Eiffel Tower is within walking distance

Check in was a nightmare, when we arrived the only code I had been given did not work on the front door. Someone eventually let us in the first two doors and another tenant called the owner to get us the 3 different codes we needed to eventually get into the apartment. Not a great way to start our adventure!

Property location is awesome

Although property was a bit old, and low lights, needs mirror in second bed. A/c had trouble but fortunately we experienced one day of high temperatures. Overall great property and especially location due to Monoprix and rail station

Great apartment

We loved our stay here. It was a very nice well equipped apartment. It is very close to all the great attractions, Eiffel tower is a short walk and the river. Many cute cafes and shops are also a short walk. I highly recommend this great place in Paris. Our host was also very nice.
