The studio was spacious, and plenty of room to unpack. The plastic mattress covers with no padding between plastic and sheets was very uncomfortable. Staff was always helpful. Our toilet broke our last night, so going down to the lobby was quite awkward. Lobby was lovely. We hunted with no success for a GOOD boulangerie in neighborhood...

The location was excellent. You walk out the door and Notre-Dame is to your right and the Louvre is across the river. The area is amazing with lots of restaurants and cafes. The kitchen was well equipped.

Nice property with kitchenettes, good location. Make sure you are clear on the type of room you booked. I ended up in a small attic type room with one tiny window. I paid for an upgraded room, but that’s not what I got. Paris streets can be super noisy on holidays, so rooms facing one of the courtyards are best. I have spent some time in NYC so I can deal with noisy places, but this was exceptionally noisy! My room overlooked a restaurant/bar which I could hear really well but could not see because of the tiny window! Although the hotel was nice overall, I don’t think I would stay here again.

We stayed one night. The room we had on the first floor was spacious; however, once you pass the check in area and entering the halls to the rooms: it is very dated and worn. The walls are scratched and in need of painting. The room was dated and hadn’t thoroughly been cleaned. You could smell the sewage in the toilet room. The shower room with the faucet and sink was filling up with water and wasn’t draining. This is definitely not worth the price. Nightly rate too high for such low quality.

Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was very nice—modern, well-equipped, and offered a lovely view of Parisian rooftops and the Montparnasse Tower. The kitchenette had everything we needed, the amenities were great, and the reception staff were exceptionally kind. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from Notre Dame. However, the room was right next to the elevator, which was quite noisy and disrupted the peace we had hoped for. We also had a stressful incident with the bathroom door lock, which jammed while I was inside—thankfully, we managed to get it open, but it could’ve been serious. Given the price, we expected a bit more tranquility and safety. While there were definite highlights, the stay felt average overall.

This is in a great location. We could walk most places. Cafes and grocery were convenient. We had a toddler with us and the bedroom was perfect for her to sleep and nap in - it was very quiet.

This is our second stay here at this place. Our room conditions were not quite as nice as the first stay. Room 1702 had tape over the smoke detector and the fan from the air conditioning was very loud. The hotel did fix those issues after we told them about. The room has definitely seen some wear which could be addressed easily. The breakfast could have a little variety but it wasn’t bad.

Chose this property bc it had a kitchen, which was spacious, but dark. It was sufficiently equipped with cooking implements that were in decent condition. We often stay in places with kitchens and sometimes the kitchenware is atrocious, so we appreciated that the equipment was in good shape. The condition and comfort of the room was not accurately depicted on Orbitz however. The carpet really should be replaced. It would make such a difference! And the built in bedside table (looks like a Murphy bed) was not comfortable to use. I had requested a quiet room but even on the sixth floor, late night revelers could be heard. I guess it can't be helped in a big city! The other thing was the room configuration. Very poorly laid out with unusable space in the dark kitchen and overcrowded with the door and unnecessary furniture in the bedroom. As others have commented, complimentary beverages in the reception area and water dispenser for filling your reusable water bottle are very much appreciated!
