Great location. Easy walk to Notre Dame, Louvre, ferry/ cruise, tons of food options. Comfortable apartment with good size room facing Seine river. Only improvement opportunities are dated carpets and room finishing. Overall, great for families. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel has a modern looking lobby area. However, the hotel rooms are outdated and show sign of aging. Substantial renovation and improvements are needed to be qualified as a four-star hotel.

A very nice property. I would stay there again. The room needed a more comfortable chair, and perhaps some instruction on how to use some devices, but these are small things. The people were delightful.

This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Paris. Ranging from quality of service, rooms to overall experience. The manager, Amy is beyond rude and should not be the manager. Upon arrival the phone in my room was not working and they sent a technician to fix but wasn’t able to. I had to use my personal cell phone to call the front desk multiple times!! Rooms don’t come with water. Rooms are disgusting, damp and very dated. The lights in my bathroom were not working/ needed bulb replacement and the bedding was polyester making night sweats eminent. Very uncomfortable bed and noisy hallways. One early morning at 7am, the hallway alarm went off for 20 mins and the manager said it was a safety alarm and brushed it off. Four days into my stay, the AC was not working and my room was half cleaned with the comforter missing. After complaining to Alessia (front desk manager), she offered a refund of my last day or to remain with my prepaid reservation with a 50% for the last day of my stay. I decided to take the refund. By the time I searched for a new hotel most places were sold out or very expensive so I had to stay the last prepaid evening at this horrible place. When informing Amy, she rescinded her offer..said it was only good at the time they were offered. She was super rude about it and said she already sold my room & for the inconvenience I could stay at full price. Yes. That was her professional handling of this matter. THIS HOTEL IS A 2/3 STAR, NOT 4 STAR!!

What an amazing hotel in Paris. The location was unbelievable. You can get the RER train line B from CDG airport straight to Saint Michel Notre Dame stop which is about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The area around the hotel is filled with Parisian cafes and restaurants, truly French style. The welcome to the hotel was so friendly. The rooms were very spacious for being in Paris. We even had a kitchenette in our room. Very easy to get to all Paris landmarks as it is close to the metro and the Batobus on the river Seine. Walking distance to the Notre Dame.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We were in Paris for a couple of days and the location was ideal for this short trip. The hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful - I would definitely stay here again

The cost of staying at this hotel was clearly due to the location. The reception staff were friendly but the hotel itself was not great. There were renovations happening which were very noisy. Our room also looked out to the gym which had very loud noise as it was also used as a walk through. The lights continued to come on throughout the night due to a censor which lit up the bedroom every time. Location was great but wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location! Short walk to the Louvre and Notre-Dame. Hotel is very close many good restaurants, the Metro, a pharmacy and a small supermarket. Room was much larger than expected and offered a lovely view of the Seine River. The room and lobby were a bit tired but clean. Staff was wonderful. Very friendly and quite helpful. Loved the coffee maker in the lobby. I would stay there again. In high season you likely won't get early check-in so be prepared if your flight arrives in the morning. We got our room at about 3:20PM.
