This was a poor stay, when we got there they had given our room to someone else (apparently with the same first name) so they left us for 25min in foyer waiting. Then put us in another room, but failed to transfer our breakfasts over, so next morning 20min trying to sort that, paid breakfast for the 3 days then next day they weren't on the system. Just terrible service. Then the final straw was that they took our towels and did not replace them so had only a handtowel on last day. So each of these errors by themselves would have been a mistake but together they ruined this break, and I would not recommend this hotel. Also they do not give you pillows, we had a small cushion each. So the name comfort hotel is misleading. Its a long way from anything, so need Uber or long walk.

Rooms not clean.

Very disappointing !!! The room we were allocated was not clean . The floor was dirty. The bathroom was not fresh and the beds had not been changed. There was human hair on the bed sheets.We were offered 2 alternative rooms and unfortunately there was hair present on the mattress covers in both of these rooms also.

Budget-friendly hotel

The place is within walking distance of the metro, which is really a plus point. The building and the room have seen better days, but I cannot complain with the price I paid. If you are a traveller and just want somewhere to sleep after a long day of sightseeing in Paris, then this is a budget-friendly hotel. There are towels and toiletries. The bedding seems clean. The pillow is just like a throw pillow and not a proper rectangular shape, but it's fine. There were some policemen around when we visited, but it did not affect our visit. The reception people are also polite and does not mind speaking in English.

I'd only give this property 1 star because the receptionist was kind but the pictures are a total cat fish. Bathroom was full of mold. Dead bug in the sheets. No storage for baggage or clothes. 1 night even feels too much for this place. Happiest day of my vacation was check out!

El servicio malicimo al llega rel cuarto no tenia aire acondicionado y no ne cambiaron hasta el segundo dia y cuando me llevaron a otra habitacion el aire funcionaba a mitad de capacidad y el inodoro estaba danado y nunca lo arreglaron el servicio del hotel dejaba mucho que deciar The malicious service when the room arrived, it had no air conditioning and they did not change until the second day and when they took me to another room, the air worked at half capacity and the toilet was damaged and they never fixed it.
