A short stay so didn’t spend a lot of time there but really pleasantly surprise. This is an expensive hotel that feels like an expensive hotel, unlike some of the other expensive theme park hotels we’ve stayed in. Loved the bar particularly!

Stayed in an Empire State Club room which was excellent with good views over the lake and Disneyland. Breakfast in the Club lounge was very good as was the included afternoon tea. Nice to come back from the parks and enjoy complementary hot or soft drinks in the lounge. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Was walking distance to park so that was convenient. Having your car parked and bags brought to to your room when it was available was also nice. We stayed in the empire rooms and the beds weren’t really made and the bath room was a bit dirty. Breakfast was delicious, it was a nice hotel and staff was amazing but I’m not sure if it was worth how much we paid. To get your luggage and car I think they need more staff there it was a bit chaotic when leaving
