The place was great big room clean. Only thing is checking in took too long I was told to wait in restaurant area and I had to remind them they left me waiting. I missed a reservation I had to a busy restaurant that I had to schedule weeks in advance of arriving to Paris

The hotel is lovely with excellent transport links into paris. The hotel reception is unfortunatly over run all day. Many times for pointless procedures. For example booking and getting access to the swimming pool requires you to go to reception collect a new key to go back up to the 40th floor for swimming changing rooms are on the 38th floor . To access the sky bar you must book in and again go down to get someone to allow you access to the floor. Thos creates a crowded and harrassed reception. Security guards are in the lobby and challenge guests that are not seen to be holding a key card also. The hotel does not give off 4 star service. We also never had our coffee in the room replaced the whole weekend and the thought of waiting at the queue in reception seemed to much to bear

One of reasons for choosing hotel was the pool. Unfortunately it was closed for the first day and by time we returned to hotel to see if pool would be open for booking the next day which we couldn’t do before we left as staff didn’t know it would reopen or not, it was open but booked out. But all else was very good and I would stay again but not with expectation of using pool.

The room was pretty decent, shower was dirty. No drinking water was given. The staff was not friendly or informative. The breakfast was not included. I was charged $30, breakfast was horrible. My room key got deactivated, I had to go to the front desk waited on a long line to get it activated after having a long day. My room was not ready upon my arrival and a 7 hr flight. This experience was worst by far. It was so dissatisfied that i immediately wanted to just book a flight back home. First they should have had water bottles in the room for the 3 day stay. No iron, so I had to wear wrinkled clothes. Breakfast should have been included. And I don’t know how they did thus but I paid for my trip with my credit card not my debit card, and I got charged on my debit card in which I will call my bank. Horrible

This property is just beautiful from the hanging crystal in the ceiling entranceway to the grand piano on the left side of the room. The filling of luxury and beauty is present. My room was extremely clean and the design is very well put together. My favorite part of the day was the staff. This was my first time out of the country yet the Care provided to me by the staff made me feel as if I was at my second home.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. Beautiful hotel with great amenities and close to the metro and a bus line. I had a beautiful suite with a view of the eiffel. Loved, loved, loved my stay. You do however need to make a reservation for the pool and bar.
