Modern, clean, air-conditioned with good breakfast

Usual Holiday Inn Express standard, air-conditioned clean modern room with everything you need, spacious bathroom with shower. Our tween boys shared the sofa bed and did complain that it was a little sunken in the middle. Breakfast was plentiful, loved the fresh self-service pancakes! Bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurts and cereals, sausages, bacon and eggs. I would recommend going earlier than the last hour for breakfast as it was a bit manic and tables limited. Location is convenient (less than 15 minutes drive) for Disney and Cite de Europe for shopping and dining.

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe! The location is fantastic—so convenient, just a short walk from the shopping center with plenty of dining options. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the shuttle service to Disney, which made spending a day at Disney Village stress-free and fun. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area

This hotel does not offer “Disney Paris Parks Shuttle” as listed on hotel description on the Expedia App; it is only public transportation buses that you have to pay for and walk a good distance from the hotel with limited schedules. When traveling and visiting this area for the sole purpose of parks visits, the “shuttle service” was the main reason of booing for ease of use and getting to and from the park efficiently. Also, the public buses are crazy packed like sardines especially upon return from Disney in evening at park closing. I hope that this review is helpful to someone planning a Disney visit. If these are not concerns the breakfast and room was good and as to be expected with Holiday InnExpress.

Overall, the room and hotel were fine. However, there were a few things that were not so good: There was a strong damp smell in the room, similar to wet clothes. When we first entered, we also noticed a large fly inside. Additionally, the mattress was quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, but the selection was very limited. There were no hash browns or baked beans.

Lovely clean hotel, comfy beds, spacious rooms, friendly staff and breakfast included. Rooms have aircon and Lavazza coffee pod machine, which was lovely but needed watching, had a habit of shaking the cup off the drip tray and depositing coffee all over the shelf and floor if you don't watch, ready to catch it. But that was the only negative. Handy for Disney, couple of minute walk to bus stop then €2, 18 min bus.

Terrible customer service at night is only one person working I call so many times asking for a towel, another day for food and I have to go to the lobby and the older guy was complaining about the guest asking for stuff
