Rooms are great / quiet

The rooms are great, clean & spacious. The reception is slow and it feels more like staying in an apartment as very little engagement with the staff at the hotel.

Wonderful clean comfortable hotel

It was wonderful. Clean comfortable room with great bed. Easy walk to everything and very customer service oriented staff. Loved the breakfast buffet but was sad when the really excellent round dark loaf was done but not replenished. Had to get there early! Really appreciate the fridge to store milk for tea and other things!

The Hotel was perfect in location. However I requested a room change and the never gave me a response. Also, the first day they left two water bottles and the second day they didn’t but I asked them and they said that just was for the first day. That’s is not costumer service!
