Nope, no DEFINITELY not a 4 star hotel like was advertised!!! The hotel is outdated, old and BEYOND dirty! The hotel staff which I saw only briefly which consisted of only three men, ALL rude and not helpful. The only pro is the location that it is close to a few luxury stores, if that’s what you’re in Paris for.
