Our stay was marked by excellent service and comfort not to mention close proximity to everything that mattered to us. My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary with the help of our concierge Annabelle and we highly recommend the buffet breakfast, hot tub, and pool. Our daughter did not stay there with us but was welcomed in the lobby and offered tea, coffee, and water. Annabelle booked us us for private tours and “skip the lines” for three different outings even though they were previously all booked up! Comfort and excellent service. Book it today.

We stayed for a week at the Keppler and the room where incredibly clean, the beds were great but mostly, the customer service was amazing. Also great location, with a pool to cool down. Overall, fantastic experience, we will come back for sure.

This was my fourth trip to Paris but first time at Hôtel Keppler. I was so incredibly impressed by this classy boutique hotel. It’s situated on a quiet quintessential Parisian street where you are tucked away from the hustle and bustle. This location was so extremely convenient, being 100 metres from l’arc de Triumphe and the Champs Elysees. Upon check-in we were warmly greeted by Annabel, whom we both agreed made our stay there even better! Her and the staff went above and beyond our expectations to ensure our stay was perfect, even treating me to a bottle of birthday champagne. Rooms were so charming and beautifully decorated, bathroom was perfect. We had a room that overlooked the inner courtyard which was gorgeous and a great photo op. Beds and linens were superb, and like I said, it was so quiet, we slept like babies. Next time I’m in Paris, I will stay here again, it’s that perfect.

Was ever happy with everything the hotel has to offer. Location is perfect, the property was recently renovated, so everything is new and fresh. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is convenient, but I’d skip it as you will be handling out in a basement. Also, boiling hot water and the AC goes down to 16c! Highly recommend, especially considering the price.
