A gem of a hotel in a great location. Very easy to navigate into the main attractions from the metro station right outside the door. The rooms were spotless and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice to set you up for the day ahead. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Hotel Les Theatres is the perfect pieds-a-terre to explore Paris. Our room was comfortable and well cared for. The staff.are delightful and extremely helpful. We arrived well ahead of early check-in so they had our room prepared quickly and allowed us to access the brakfast buffet while waiting. The breakfast was always excellent, including delicious homemade breads and pastries, lovely charcuterie items and made to order eggs among the list of offerings. On our last night the desk staff arranged a taxi for our return to the airport. As the taxi was late arriving in the morning the new concierge established contact with the company to determine their arrival. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Théâtres and would go back.

The rooms were very small, and the shower was incredibly hard to get in and out of since the door opened inward to the shower. Their were two blow dryers in room and neither one would stay on long enough to actually dry hair and considering it was extremely cold during our stay, that was very inconvenient. Housecleaning staff was fine except there were water bottles in room that were never refilled, nor was the coffee. Front desk staff was just okay, not rude but not helpful either.

Hotel staff allowed others access to our room to take “photos” of it and test for “acoustics”. The shower overflows after 2 minutes of use. The toilet is loud after flushing for hours sometimes. There were smears of dirtiness on the walls.

Cleanliness is great. The room is small but is normal in Paris. Kind stuffy due the theme but is great. My room have a balcony and was amazing. The best of the best is the staff.

This is a great boutique hotel. The staff was supper nice and helpful, the rooms were super clean and very inviting. The hotel is also really well located close to transit, restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.

Location is excellent. The bed is comfortable, and it’s quiet, so I had a good night’s sleep. There was an issue with the flushing mechanism in the bathroom, and the receptionist advised me to remove the main panel to resolve it. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection of delicious pastries, loose-leaf tea, seasonal fruit, yoghurt, and nicely made scrambled eggs. As the hotel wasn't busy, we were allowed an early check in and late check out free of charge. Overall, I’d rate it 3 rather than 4 stars. Also, be mindful of the tourist tax — for a 4-star hotel, it’s €8.40 per person per day, which is quite high (though not the hotel’s fault, as they’re required to charge it).
