Was in a super great location. Very close to the metro and lots of shops and restaurants aroundWas affordable and I was happy with what I got. Comfortable bed and a private bathroom.
Not great. The room was alright - the window was broken. And the breakfast was terrible: almost nothing. Even the croissant were all burnt. On a positive note - The location is great, lots of restaurants, bars nearby. Very lively area of Paris.
I stayed only one night. Staff very friendly. Room clean and beds are comfortable. Very small bathroom. Breakfast very limited ( would be nice to add more selection of food).Location perfect.
Great stay. Wasn’t overly sure what to expect as it was a 2 star but when we got there we were pleasantly surprised. Came with free parking out the front which in the centre of Paris was a massive cost saver. Would recommend.
Didn’t look anything like the pictures: rooms were way smaller than imagined. Bathroom was falling apart (shower taps were hanging off and bathroom sink unit was starting to mould.), including some mould in the corners of the room and a hole in our ceiling. Laughable.
Fire alarm went off at 6am; there was no instruction or direction given, so we waited in the lobby until the alarm stopped. No one came to explain or tell us we could go back to our room.
Staff were very rude and uninviting.
After the second night we left prematurely and stayed at the HolidayInn nearby. Sad to see somewhere with great location and potential with such unenthusiastic and rude staff running the place.
Although the location was great, the hotel itself and the surrounding area was so noisy. There were people (drunk) screaming outside and inside the hotel at 4 am. Also there was an ongoing drilling work at the hotel that did not stop even after 6 pm. I could not sleep for a full hour. The room was so basic, It did not even have tissues or water.
After 23 hours of travel we were grateful to get an early check-in on our first day.
We asked ror an extra pillow each twice as the room only had two tiny flat pillows, but were told 'maybe' and then 'no'. My 'porquoi' was met with a shrug.
Noisy area with trolleys rolling past our window most of the night.
Overall the stay here was "meh". It is near a lot of food options which was great and was a good walking distance between our stops. However; there is a homeless man that lives down this alley who hoops and hollers randomly at night. We had a car alarm go off 3 times the first night and once the second night. The room was ok. Some of the baseboards were just gone and there was only 2 outlets, one by the hanging TV, so bring a long charging cord. Also no extra toilet paper or any little lotion bottles or things like that. Just some small bar soap and one bodywash bottle in the shower. The shower head also didn't stay up well so I had to alternate between washing and rinsing. The room was clean, I could smell the freshly cleaned bathroom so did like that. Over all it was fine if you only stay there to sleep. If you plan on stop by your hotel throughout the day to rest I would get somewhere a bit nicer for more comfort.
The room was small, old, and not upkept well. It is located near public transportation but down what feels like an unsafe alley. I would not stay here again. Picking a hotel without AC during August was a mistake.
The location and price were great. The shower was very small and the pillows were thin and uncomfortable. The detergent they used on the bed smelled like heavy chemicals. The bed itself was not at all supportive.
