Unprofessional staff who can barge into your room, which happened to me a couple of times. Some of the rooms don’t have a bathroom/shower. You’ll have to use the shared showers and there’s a security camera in the shared bathroom/shower which was very odd.

Security guard allowed one female who tried to scam tourist by selling a Persian rug for 1.000 euro. You have to leave your passport if you want to borrow a small electric fan. The walk to the hotel is very scary come see it yourself.

The hostel is nice, the room has enough space for the 2 of us and it was cleaned everyday. The shared bathroom has multiple cubicles and clean. The problem is the area, we didn’t feel safe going to the hostel especially at night. Also we tried borrowing the flat iron on the duration of our stay (3 nights) but failed.

The hotel has small rooms and unfriendly staff. A security camera in the shared bathroom/shower area is unusual and unsettling, especially compared to U.S. standards. Front desk staff only communicate in French and are unaccommodating to other languages. I recommend avoiding this hotel and paying more for a better one with superior service.

The room was clean, wallpaper was special, the staff was welcoming. The location is situated in a not very pleasant location, a bit noisy and surrounded with people that sleep in the car. However, the windows are stopping most of the noise. Another thing easy to be done to make the staying more comfortable is to put in the room a kettle and a hair dryer.

Even tho the room didn’t look like what I viewed on the app, it was okay. Just manage your expectations and understand that it’s a small room and equally small bathroom. I had a private bathroom because I couldn’t imagine sharing a bathroom with bunch of strangers. Anyway, it’s not a bad place to stay for a few nights.

Before you book, check if your room has a private or shared bathroom. We booked in this hotel (more like a hostel) and were disappointed not only in our reservation but the area where is located. Do your research before you book otherwise you'll be disappointed in your stay.

While the property is economical and probably good for backpackers if travelling with a family I would suggest looking at individual preferences. Other than that the property is relatively good and a decent breakfast menu as well.

Overall the hotel is a bang for your buck. It’s good for a one night, two night max stay due to the lack of closets or anywhere to put your clothes. The room is very small in general, but it is very affordable and convenient. The area around is very shady with multiple homeless people sleeping in their cars a few feet away from the hotel and people sleeping in tents under the bridge a bit further down. The hotel is roughly a 20 minute Uber or Taxi ride from the Eiffel Tower and the city center. I’d probably stay there again.
