My son and I were in Paris for a few days and our stay at Ibis was beyond good. We really have no complaints, would stay there again and again. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who was at the front desk but he was beyond helpful.

Dream Paris vacation ruined

The hotel was in renovation with so many workers and construction material in the lobby and breakfast area. Indeed, we stayed at a construction zone. The elevator was broken when we checked in the regular time 14.00 and had to carry our heavy suitcases to the 5 th floor. They charged full money and did not even bother informing me about the inconvenience.

Nice clean hotel with really good front of house staff. Property was undergoing refurbishment which made the look not great but we had zero noise from the works so not a problem. Close to gare du Nord and walkable to much of Paris

The staff it's amazing. Donald in the front desk helped us a lot and Rabia in the breakfast area as well! The room, the family room have a great space for bathroom. The only thing is that the family room still have carpet. The area it's very good, walkable for a lot a places, restaurants, Supermarkets.

The breakfast was nice and the staff were amazingly helpful! Great location with two Metro stops within a short walking distance. A couple places in the room had been missed when cleaning, for example the desk had spots and rings of a sticky substance, but the bathroom and bed were clean.
