Everything was lovely and the staff was very accommodating, especially arriving late at night. The property is beautiful and centrally located, loved the heated floors, towel warmer, their line scents & just overall attention to detail.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.

What made this stay so memorable were the staff who were all superb. By far the best I have ever come across in a hotel. Our room was lovely. The continental breakfast was different each day and were delicious. Certainly no need for lunch after them either. Dark decor throughout which felt strange initially but suited the ambience of the hotel. Feel lucky to have picked this hotel from those suggested.

Location was superb. It’s a small boutique hotel with a bar on the first floor (level 0) which can be quite loud until late night. I stayed for four nights and after asking for a fridge and AC repair, nothing was fixed during my stay. Also not sure if it’s only my room but there was no physical lock that makes sound or locks to be assured. When I brought it up, staff member said there is a safety button to lock but without making any sound or light that locks, I didn’t feel comfortable with it.

This beautiful hotel is tucked away on a cute side street in Le Marais. Everything was stunning - from the hotel exterior to the room itself. We had a beautiful balcony that overlooked the street. I've already recommended this hotel to several friends traveling to Paris in the coming months!

This hotel is amazing! I stayed 3 days and the service was great. I landed very early and they were able to offer me an early check in. They also bring fresh bottles of water every day. There’s heated floor in the bathroom and if you’re lucky to have a balcony it’s just so dreamy! I loved every second of my stay. The hotel was also so close to amazing restaurants and some great shopping. I travelled alone and felt very safe. The security in the hotel is great! I would stay there again!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Iconic venue with a lot of history, great facilities, great service, so much more than an ordinary hotel. We would go back on a whim! Also, if you are a perfume enthusiast, do visit the Les Bains Guerbois shop across the street, you will be blown away.

The hotel is in a great area and clean. I just wouldn't rate it 5 stars as we dind't get our room cleaned every day, which was not ideal. We also didn't get the warmest welcome from the front desk and no one offered to carry our bags from the taxi or open the door each time we left and came back, which you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The hotel has an intense scent of their cologne and the hallways are extremely dark. The beds were comfortable and when we needed something, they were helpful. This is a 4 star hotel from our experience.
