Great location in the heart of Paris, lots of quaint shops, food and famous sights within walking distance. Loved having extra loft room for the kids to separate out. Lots of stairs to get to apartment but considered it part of our daily exercise.would stay again.

The property was a lot smaller than advertised. I was put on the fifth floor even though we are a family of four with kids, and luggage. There are only narrow stairs to get up. Room is tiny with little room to move around. The property is beautiful and quaint and a great location but just be aware it’s not great for families with bags.

The room was lovely, could not fault the amenities. Having a communal area to catch up with friends was a real bonus. The metro was nearby so was easy to get around and there are so many options for cafes and restaurants nearby. A great base for your stay in Paris

Very old, shower terrible. Area great but very noisy starting before 6 am with construction around, delivery trucks, parties loud all night. Bed small and only accessible from one side. Checked out this am and have bites, I would assume from bedbugs. I’m sure there are better places.

Entering the property was an experience in itself. A meandering path through a lush courtyard and automatic lights guided us to our entry. Spiral staircase into our tucked away room felt like respite from the bustling city. The room, as exactly as expected and pictured. We enjoyed charcuterie on the patio often and slept well on the comfy bed.

Getting into the property was so difficult. 2 other guests helped me get to my room, and then I had to help someone on my second night. They do send an email with pictures, but need more detail on getting to the actual room. For example, we had to go through a gate once inside and then up 4 flights of stairs, then open a door to our room where we put in the door code. Washing machine and mini fridge were really nice to have. They had two pots, no pans in our room. There was only a small trash can in the bathroom, nothing in the main apartment. The bed was in a loft and you couldn’t stand straight. This would not be a good place for anyone with mobility issues.

Fabulous location in the heart of Paris, easy walk or public transportation to anything. Tons of inexpensive restaurants in the area, and two grocery stores right around the corner. The washing machine and stove are complicated to use, but we had an employee to help us promptly. The loft is a little bit cramped, but that's Paris. The breakfast area though small was adequate. The washer enabled us to bring small suitcases. No elevator, so be prepared to climb a few steps.

Cute, but tiny

The room was very small, which is to be expected in Paris. Fair warning, the loft bed would be pretty difficult to get into if you are a larger person. There is also no lift for your bags. Asked twice for the wifi password and never did receive it. Good area with lots of great restaurants nearby.

This is a nice property that meets the needs. In a great location. Shower was a challenge but the bed was nice. I read so ma y commenting about bedbugs but I can tell you ours was bug free. I checked! Bring or buy your own napkins/paper towels-none avail. Could not find the coffee pods they said to get so kitchen pretty useless to us.

Terrible I don’t recommend, the sofa bed was so dirty that I have to cover completely in order to use it, my kids had bed bug bite al over them, we had to take my oldest daughter to the doctor because of that when we re back home.
