The location is perfect, very near the Louvre and Les Halles with plenty of food options close by. Host communication isn't great, but the check in process is easy. The WiFi didn't work for the first two days and they do not stock enough toilet paper or paper towels so we had to buy out own. The apartment is smaller than it appears in pictures, but that's expected in Paris. 3 adults was a little tight for our stay. Overall we enjoyed our time but would probably choose another apartment in the future.

Pros: Location couldn’t have been better! New and clean bathrooms and the place is very cozy.Cons: very loud building entry doors that slam all throughout the night. Prepare to sleep with earplugs. Mattresses very super thin and hard. Skylight in bunk room was bright and kids had to wear eye masks every night.

The host has zero communication. The apartment says it has two toilets. It has ONE toilet. First day the AC leaked. Second day the Washer leaked. The second bedroom door opens 9 inches. All messages sent through VRBO went unanswered. If there is an emergency/need of any kind you will, 100%, be on your own. Many reviews are duplicated, leaving me to believe they are not actual reviews.
