Ideally located in the centre of Paris, in one of the most historic and charming areas of the city, next to Louvre and Marais neighborhoods, this apartment is a convenient place for a Parisian stay. It was revamped by architects to combine historic grandeur with colorful and contemporary design. Each of the four bedrooms offers comfort and intimacy, while the living room is perfect to gather with family or friends.
The space
The apartment is located in a building constructed in 1800 during the First Empire.

Important: No elevator in the building - the apartment is accessible through the stairs on the 2nd floor.

The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room
- 1 Dining rooms with 10 seats
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Shared bathroom (shower and WC)
- 2 Private bathrooms (see below)
- 1 Separate WC

4 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower, no WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (bathtube, no WC)
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed
- Bedroom 4 with a double bed
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 8 people and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys by following our instructions
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor (no elevator)
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
