Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 33 m² studio in Bondy, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a 6 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, a double sofa bed ...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC
Outside area :
- A terrace of 9 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Bondy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Cinema, library
- Bondy woods 300 m away
- Walk along the Canal de l'Orque 200 m away
- In summer, the town installs an artificial beach along the Canal de l'Orque, and organises boat trips in Paris across the Canal de l'Orque to the Cité de Science.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
