Next to everything with a great view!

It was so cute inside and had a great 3 window view of the busy bustling street below. I would absolutely book this same apartment again next time I'm staying in Paris. Loved everything about this place, especially how accessible it is to everything!

The property is very close to the L’ouvre, Pompidou, bourse du commerce, which surprising, sad to see that there are rows of tents belonging to the homeless at the back of the back of the building at night. There are plenty of restaurants around and it’s a very busy area at night especially on weekends. The worst is there’s no changing towels, request for changing towels whatsoever. Zero assistance except through WhatsApp. Expect to be on your own, so make sure you’re very well organised and travel with “doers”. The door QR Code is a nightmare, not just me, had to help some others who were staying at the property too. This experience does not make Paris a very enjoyable ‘holiday’

Extremely difficult process to get in the apartment building. If your phone battery dies you have no way to get in the apartment. Also elevator is a tiny little thing which can barely fit single suitcase and one person at a time. We had 2 bedrooms and one if the bedrooms air conditioning was broken and they did not do anything about it. Also communication to the property manager is difficult and has to go through app.

The property is so little, they do publish de m2, but they don’t say that the bed is so tight in the room that you have to roll over to go to the other side of the bed. Luggage barely fits on the place.

Our family spent 5 nights at My Maison - Lourve. We rented 2 units. Overall we had a decent stay. The property is sweet, relatively well kept for its age & had the idyllic Parisian feel. The location is very central & convenient to all popular sights (ie. Lourve, Notre Dame, Effiel Tower, etc.). Depending on what side of the building you’re at, it can be really noisy & not ideal for light sleepers. Our unit over the cafes were noisy into the late night & early in the morning with trash trucks & sidewalk cleaners. The other unit facing a small side street was a lot quieter. Property management was easy to access, but issues weren’t always dealt with expeditiously. The washer/dryer in one unit did not work the entire duration of our stay. The elevator was also out of commission, which made it tough to carry our luggage up and down the small spiral staircase.

Great spot, cute for a small family of four ( two teenage girls and parents). Had all the necessary accommodations, and was centrally located to shops, the metro and amazing cafes. Would stay again!

The apartment was in the heart of a dreamy Parisian restaurant scene, with shopping nearby. Bumped into a spectacular 13th century cathedral less than 200 steps away. Loved the atmosphere. Great location. 3 mins walking distance to metro. Supermarket, restaurants and shopping mall all within close walking distance. Property very clean, beautiful view from 5th floor and barely any noise can be heard from the restaurants below. Only downside was that the elevator broke down mid stay. Would definitely recommend!
