Clean and modern

The hotel is relatively new and therefore is clean and modern. We stayed one night as part of a longer trip through Europe and it was exactly what we needed. The reception was helpful also.

I like that the hotel is near the subway ( 1 min walk), only 3 stations to Madeleine. Rooms are big enough. I did’t like breakfasts and I din’t like that there was not fridge in my room. They told that I can keep my food in the fridge near the reception.

The good: good price. Location is a bit suburban but has good transport links. It’s a good price considering how convenient the transport links are. Staff were helpful. The bad: Bed was squeaky. Found clump of hair under the sheets in sofa bed (probably from clothes dryer). Room was quite warm. We had set it at lowest temperature possible but felt very warm at night. There was a lot of noise from upstairs room as well as drilling noise from walls early in the morning. Room didn’t have a fridge and no milk for hot drinks.

Great hotel

Lovely hotel in Bercy close to all the trains & Metro stations. Gare de Lyon is also close by. Very friendly & helpful staff. Tea/coffee in rooms but no fridge. Would definitely stay again.

Very central hotel close to Bercy Metro. Friendly & helpful staff. Great breakfast & kids under 15 eat free so great for families.

Outstanding Hotel

Hotel was amazing. Room was a little hot for our liking as the air con only went to 19.5C but the room was practical and comfortable. We liked the separate toilet and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower which was handy for our disabled child. Bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed too. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. For example, I asked for extra towels and straight away gave you towels. Definitely will stay at Novotel chain again. Location of the hotel was great especially Gare de Lyon nearby (15 min) and walkable plus there is metro station literally 2 mins away.
