Great hotel, caring staff, and fabulous breakfast! They really care about you! Marion, the front desk manager is amazing! She took care of a “situation” I had, and gave me chocolate too!;-) Be aware, the entire block out front is under major construction! Traffic is crazy! Overall. It was great!

This hotel was top-notch in every way. The room was modern, yet comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming with all the delicious options. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Without a doubt, I'd stay here again.

Lacklustre

We have stayed at the Pullman quite a few times but won’t again. It’s expensive and just not worth the cost. The street outside the hotel is being taken up so getting a suitcase to the station is a nightmare. Also, it’s dusty and loud. Entry into the hotel is effected and through one rotating door. The floor of the hotel is covered with dust from the street. Also, Accor has a big promotion taking up most of the lobby space so there are few places to sit and relax. We were on level 22 and the hall way on that floor smells terrible. The room was so so. As always the check in staff were lovely and professional but the overall hotel experience lacks ambience or comfort. We’re looking elsewhere from now on.

Great hotel in Paris

The hotel is in a great location. Once we came out of the hotel take a walk to the right of the hotel and cross the street and you come to a lovely area with great restaurants and shops. Very convenient. The hotel offered an amazing breakfast and the staff were fabulous. I will definitely come again.
