A wonderful stay for 2 adults and 2 teens. Fantastic location, lots of room, amazing view from the balcony, great water pressure/temperature. Frédéric was a great communicator and host. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, easy to check in, and it was fun to feel like we were living in Paris instead of staying in a hotel. The apartment was nice but quite small. I can’t imagine how 5 people would fit. There was nowhere to unpack our clothes. The sheets/towels were old and left a bit to be desired. Overall though we enjoyed ourselves very much. A next-door cathedral bells start ringing at 8 am. It was charming but a bit shocking the first morning!

Cozy apartment in a vibrant neighborhood. Perfect for a family of 5. Many attractions within easy walking distance (Louvre, Notre Dame) and close to a metro / train stop for the airport, Monmarte, the Eiffel Tower, and Versailles.

We loved the balcony view of the old church. Having places to eat and drink right below the place was nice. The location next to the Metro was a very short walk and very convenient. Frederic was a wonderful host and communicated in a timely manner to our questions. His instructions for entering the rental were very helpful. Also, having an elevator was very nice after a long day of touring Paris.

The flat has a beautiful view from balcony. Its location was very convenient .. we were able to walk to most tours we had scheduled. Neighborhood was friendly with stores and restaurants right there .our host Frederick was a pleasure .. he personally met us to greet us and gave some helpful hints.The flat had everything you could need & more . We were there when it was extremely cold in the 30’s . The flat was warm & cozy We will come again .

Would be 5 star BUT the elevator wasn’t working. 6th floor with luggage is a challenge. Otherwise great location and host. Highly recommend for a couple, four could be tight as lining room becomes second bedroom. A/C works great, enjoyed stay & recommend.

Perfect location!

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is so central to everything, close to the Metro and within walking distance of so many sites! It was a hot week to be in Paris so the A/C and elevator were much appreciated! The market on our street and all of the eateries close by made it possible to not need to go far for anything we needed! Fredric was a wonderful host and we hope to stay here again soon. Perfect Location

Honestly, you cannot find a better spot for touring - you are about 100 meters from a major Metro hub and blocks away from many interesting spots. The balcony looks over Saint-Eustache -a fascinating church. We enjoyed being near Le Marais for the restaurants and ate breakfast at the Florida, which is basically downstairs.

Great Place!!

Such a great place to stay for a week with our daughter for her Senior graduation trip! Perfect location with tons of restaurants in the area and a cute market they set up twice a week outside as well. It was so easy to walk to any and all we wanted to see. Fredrick was so nice and made check in super easy! The size of the apartment is quaint but perfect for the 3 of us! Very, very clean and had all the amenities we needed.
