Groceries and patisseries, bistros, cafes, post office, Metro and bus stops all extremely close by. Great neighborhood, not full of tourists! I was a single person so there was no space problem. Everything that I needed, I found provided. There is no elevator in this building.

Gemütliche Wohnung und sehr ruhig-Fenster zum Hinterhof. Schön war die Trennung von Schlaf- und Wohnbereich. Lediglich die Dusche war nicht so ansprechend. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin war super nett und der Kontakt hat gut geklappt.

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at Beatrice's apartment and again, we had a lovely stay. The apartment is close to wonderful Parisian bakeries, the metro is just down the street, a supermarket is right across the street and the apartment has everything we need as a couple. Bed is comfortable, kitchen is equipped with microwave, expresso machine, refrigerator and sink, with a good supply of dishes and silverware. The shower has plenty of hot water, which is a huge plus for me. It is on the 2nd floor, so if you have mobility limits, you need to consider that, but we are both seniors and we did fine. Beatrice is a wonderful host and is timely in communication with us. I would stay at her apartment again when visiting Paris.

Great little apartment in a residential area of Paris. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bakeries very close by. Served by 2 metro lines, one of which a half block away Wi-fi dropped a few times, but not for too long. Things I didn't mind, but could be a negative for some:-All windows face courtyard (often a plus in Paris due to less noise)-Bathroom is a bit tight, but not overly so for Paris- You could faintly hear the Metro passing underground ( didn't bother me, I thought it was kind of cool!)Beatrice was an excellent host - very communicative & flexible. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Studio très bien situé près du metro et de plusieurs restaurants. Le studio était propre et sécuritaire. La propriétaire nous a accueilli et nous a donné les informations importantes. Le seul petit défaut pour notre part est l'espace qui est parfait pour une personne seule ou un très court séjour pour deux. Finalement on a passé un beau séjour. Merci !

The room is not numbered, so it was a little tricky to find. The stairs are dark and quite difficult to climb with any luggage (we only had carry-on sized bags). There's a light switch for the stairwell and hallway somewhere but we never found it. The listing was misleading. It said there was a courtyard, but it's just an opening in the middle of several buildings that we didn't have access to at all. All the windows look out into that space so we heard everything all the residents with open windows were saying. It is not the quiet, peaceful place advertised. There is quite a bit of mold in the bathroom on the showerhead, which caused us to become sick within hours of our arrival. The shower doesn't drain properly, which leaves you standing in water within just a few minutes. We eventually felt so ill that we booked a room for the rest of our stay somewhere else (where we immediately felt better once we got out of the place) and asked for a refund. We left the place spotlessly clean, and stayed only the one night it took for us to realize they apartment was making us sick, but we were categorically refused a refund for the remaining nights and we were blamed for having to leave as though it didn't cost us over 1,000 that we have not gotten back. VRBO doesn't stand by its guarantees at all, and the proprietor refuses to take responsibility for her aging apartment that needs work. The towels, while clean, are also very old and threadbare, and in desperate need of a update.

Ein zweiter Schlüüsel wäre toll gewesen und wenn man empfindlich gegen Lärm ist, ist es eventuell schwierig, da man die Metro hören kann und auch alle Geräusche im Trppenhaus recht laut hört.Für uns war das kein Problem. Das Appartement entspricht den Bildern und war für uns perfekt, da man viele Geshäfte, die Metro und Bushaltestellen in direkter Nähe hat. Auch der Eifelturm ist fussläufig erreichbar.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zur Air Show und Fête de la Musique in Paris. Beatrice war sehr nett und hat mit uns die Übergabe und kurze Einweisung vor Ort gemacht. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und für uns ideal.Verkehrsanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super.

Incredible location, but a bit of a noisy courtyard

Incredible location, right outside the metro, and only a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. Amazing first time in Paris, thank you to Béatrice. She was accommodating when we checked in late due to traffic issues and was extremely communicative. Great place as well, the sofa turns into a single bed which was perfect for our purposes. Unfortunately (no fault of Béatrice) there were a few tenants on 2 evenings that were loudly enjoying themselves in the courtyard until about 2 or 3am. We attempted closing the shutters and windows however we could still hear them and we had to be up at 5am to catch a train on of the nights. All in all, just bring some earplugs in case you run into the same issue. This is a great stay. Highly recommend and loved every minute.

Lieu bien situé. De nombreux commerces.Appartement bien meublé et bien équipé.Accès par un escalier,2ème étage.Séjour et chambre donnant sur un espace intérieur, hyper calme, de jour comme de nuit.Quartier en toutesécurité,métro hyper proche.Contact avec la propriétaire le 1er jour.Wi-Fi,Téléviseur, frigo,four micro-ondes.Linge,serviettes,produits de beauté et d'entretien fournis, nespresso sur place.Bonheur, calme,propreté..Merci Béatrice Dupas.A bientôt j'espère.Amazing parfait.1er séjour Abritel...sérieux,compétent.
