A lot of loud street noise, well beyond city noise, until 3 am the days we stayed. A group of men were playing soccer in the street. The front desk did not acknowledge it was a problem, nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. There were dishes left in a box outside our hotel room door and linens in a cart. The carpet in the hallways is coming up and appeared dirty. The pictures of the rooms online bd reality are quite different. The mattresses are hard as a rock. Despite a great location and multiple metro stations nearby, I would never stay here again. I’m incredibly dissatisfied, especially considering the amount I paid.

The room we received was nothing like the photos online. Much smaller than expected. It was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. But no storage for two bags. Had to put one in the bathroom. No drawers and a very small closet with five hangers. Probably would choosed a different hotel next time.

The price is good considering the hotel is located right in the city center with many main attractions easily accessible by walking or taking the Metro. However, The room they gave me does not exactly look like the photos on Expedia, the room actually looks outdated, and there are lots of stairs to get to the bedroom and bathroom upstairs, which I don’t believe was mentioned in the booking. For me, it was alright but if it had been anyone with special needs, it would be challenging to walk up those stairs to get to the bedroom.

Very convenient location. Perfect for shopping and sightseeing. We loved Monoprix supermarket on the corner. Also we took Roissy Airport shuttle bus from Opera Garnier to CDG. It was so easy.

In close proximity to the metro / bus stops. You can get your travel cards at the nearby saint Lazare station. Grocery close by. Many restaurants cafes etc close by. There is a church opposite the hotel where some homeless persons gather however they never bothered us. . Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was adequate a little tired however always cleaned and all amenities functioned. Will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks you Residhome for making our first visit to Paris a fabulous one!!!

My friend and I were unable to check in to our room until 3 hours after check in time (they did let us stow our bags but after a long travel day thats not ideal) and then the room orientation was incorrect. Room was meant to be cleaned every 2 days and it was only cleaned once during the 7 day visit. There was also no lightbulbs in the room. The staff were nice but we felt like we were constantly asking them to resolve these very basic things. Overall the room and kitchenette were good and the location was very accessible to transit.

This place is so close to everything we need and places we want to go, and the Metro stop is just next door. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again the next time we are in Paris. Highly recommend this place!
