The staff were so nice and incredibly helpful, they brought our luggage to the room for us. The location is perfect, less than a 5 minute walk to Arc de Triomphe, public transport and shops.

Chalgrin SCAM Boutique Hotel The Room was not as advertised, I don’t know how they got a 4 Star rating. Stayed in a top floor premium room and no coffee machine was provided. And they don’t allow access to the coffee machine in the buffet area, how petty is that? A lady had expensive cosmetics stolen from her room during my stay. The lady overseeing the breakfast buffet area was overbearing and fake nice just fishing for a tip at the end of your stay. Came back home and found that they had double charged me on the Room deposit and are not responding to Expedia’s attempts to get it refunded. Avoid at all costs it’s a Scam hotel with a fake 4 star rating! Travelled all over the world and there is no way this hotel is a 4 star.

All was well. Only thing was that the AC was set up on warm temperature, we got hot in the night. Asked Reception if this could be changed to cold air but they couldn’t. Offered us a fan instead…

Loved our stay here. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. Within easy walking distance to Metro, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. It would've been good if the bar had been open to residents throughout the day. x
