I made a reservation for this property in November 2024 for a rental date of 09/26/25. After I contacted the host for check in instructions on the morning of our arrival date, I was informed that the property was unavailable and my reservation was cancelled. I never received any correspondence from the host previously to my check in date. I believe that this is an unprofessional manner of conducting a rental business and it reflects poorly on VRBO. While enroute to Paris, we were forced to scramble to find a rental property that could accommodate our family. Up to this point, our two week family vacation which included multiple VRBO rentals had gone smoothly.
