My view was obstructed due to hotel hallway was too dark. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Jeanne front desk was outstanding with her great customer service. The only downside is the elevator is very small and there is no closet. I will definitely stay there again.

My son stayed at the hotel with 3 friends and absolutely adored it. They did everything they could to make his stay perfect. My son said it was the nicest hotel he’s ever stayed in and everyone was helpful and kind. In particular one of the staff called David went out of his way to make their stay perfect. The rooms were gorgeous and had everything you needed. The location was perfect and had great cafes and restaurants and transportation. No wonder the hotel has fantastic reviews and if you want a gorgeous hotel in Paris, then this is the one for you

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Super modern and very friendly and helpful team. The terrace bar with view over Paris was fantastic.My husband celebrated his birthday while we were there. they gifted a bottle of wine with a lovely note in our room which was a very nice touch. Close to multiple metro stations, lots of nice bars and restaurants in an area we felt very safe. It’s a great spot. Only scored a 4 in a couple of places as the fitness room was tiny. Spin bike and some free weights but no real space to work out. We were advised the yoga studio is closed for summer as there was some construction happing.

The hotel was very nice and our room was exceptional. We were in 505 with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The restaurant was one of the best meals we had, pricey but you expect that with the price of the rooms. The rooftop bar was bust Saturday night but we got a table first being guests. David was very friendly and always smiling. The hotel is located at the bottom of the hill so out of the cafe noisy area but close enough to all the cafes. I highly recommend the Terrass hotel.just up noisyasmiling.

My first impression was not good because the lobby furniture and rug were dirty and tired looking and the hotel room had an unpleasant smell, but we opened the doors and aired the room and it was fine. All of the staff were so nice and the restaurant and rooftop bar were great. I would definitely stay there again.
