The Carrefour Pleyel metro station is 260 m away, and the Stade de France is just one metro station away.
You can also get there on foot, the distance being 1.8 km.
As for downtown Paris, Place de Clichy is 6 stations away.
Several bus and RER stations (Stade de France) are also easily accessible.
You'll find a number of shops near the metro station: grocery store open until 10:00 p.m., tobacco store, pharmacy, restaurants and a small supermarket nearby.

On the 1st floor of a 1900s condominium, this apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) opening onto a bathroom with a small bathtub, a separate toilet, a living room and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker, full set of crockery and utensils.
There is a separate toilet and the apartment is not overlooked, with a view over a small courtyard.
It features a TV with several foreign channels and access to Netflix, a printer, a bar-counter and a coffee table that turns into a a dining table.
A washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer and straightening iron are also available.
Ideal for a couple, it can also accommodate 2 children using the comfortable loungers.
