With a few fixing could be a very nice stay
Overall the apartment was okay. We had some negative surprises, such asOne of the bed mattresses was very uncomfortable.The front door lock did not work, and it took many calls to reach someone to help access at checkin.Although the listing advertised that a dryer, towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided, they were actually not. So after 24 hours of travel, and delayed entry, we had to figure out where to go buy necessities.It was also very hot at night, and no fans were available. Opening the windows to bedrooms was concerning, because they open directly to the street, with no barricade. So anyone can easily reach in to rob you, or even jump in through the window. And for people who are new to an area this is very scary. So, in a record breaking heat wave, we couldn't open the windows to cool off the air at night to sleep.Wifi instructions had to be asked for, not provided at checkin. Also did not provide access or instructions for us to take the trash to the building's dumpster. So it just piled up in the house for our 1 week stay. Otherwise, if the host fixes these few missing items, fixes the door lock, and you are not visiting in the summer, it could be a nice place. Having the patio was very nice, the apartment layout is very nice for families and kids. The kitchen is well supplied. Coffee maker instructions would have been helpful, but after a few days we figured it out. All rooms were as expected from the pictures.
