A couple of issues quickly sorted

The room was as expected in terms of size. It was modern and had a handy little kitchen. The drawbacks were that the floor wasn't clean enough in my view and the kitchen bin was full of rubbish. I let the staff know by WhatsApp which was an easy process and the issues were resolved immediately. The windows are dirty and there is a lack of love given in general to the standard of the room which could have been so much better with just a little attention. Very reasonable rate for Paris though!

Great location!

Great location, lovely room. Small but petfect for what we needed. Great communication. Only negative would be it was very hot in the room, the ceiling fan didn't really do much could benefit from air conditioning in the summer. Would book again though

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are new and beautifully laid out. No ac but a great fan above the bed and multiple windows for air circulation, so even in the summer it was totally fine. Only complaint is there was a weird smell in the shower but overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Area is also very convenient with lots of cafes and restaurants around, and the metro is a short walk away.

No AC - Be aware

WARNING-No AC. Room was unbearable in the Paris summer heat. We were not able to be in the room. They do not say they don't have AC in the listing. Just a dirty fan.

The location was great! Very safe & walkable. There was dining options, coffee shops and shopping near by. The property was fine, the room was clean enough, but there was a weird smell on the bathroom and the hallways.
