Winter or summer -- location is everything in this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom town home. Ski all day at Park City Mountain Resort (right across the street), or take the gondola to Canyons Resort included in your lift ticket. Relax and look out onto a winter wonderland -- the cross country ski course right outside your back door on the 18-hole public golf course. Or check out the ice skating at Park City Mountain Resort next door.

Let the kids make snowmen while you make dinner. Then it's only a 15 minute walk to Main Street -- or just 100 ft. to the free bus line. (A smartphone app tracks bus arrival times.) Too tired to move? There's a heated pool, and a large spa, just 200 yards from your door.

The town home is also fully equipped with a food-lover's kitchen, versatile dining table, 2 new queen beds, 1 queen sleep sofa and 1 new twin bed. Wifi, and Cable TV is available on both floors. An underground parking space is provided, but with Uber and Lyft, grocery deliveries, and the free bus line, you really don't need a car.

Be sure to come back in summer to enjoy the marvelous mountain air -- free of mosquitos and humidity. Enjoy the summer rides at Park City Mountain Resort or the challenges at Olympic Park. Karen was very responsive whenever we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. It worked very well for cooking breakfast. We enjoyed natural light in the dining nook. The living room chairs were so comfortable we ended up chilling out in the unit after a day of skiing instead of heading out for the hot tub. The hot tub was located a block down the street so it was an easy decision. We also found it to be an easy walk to and from the base of the resort and the bus stop.

Great Location, Cozy Condo

This condo is perfect for two couples or a single family with kids. Can’t beat the location a short walk from the Eagle and First Time lifts. Condo is clean and well stocked. Be advised, one of the full bathrooms is downstairs, but that was not an issue. Karen was great and easy to connect with during our stay. Bus stops are right outside if you don’t have a car and take advantage of the covered parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Three Kings Condo Rules!

We loved the location, stocked kitchen and extras. The beds were comfortable, and the shared spaces cozy.The space is compact and completely sufficient for a ski weekend with two couples. The layout, particularly the washer/dry is a bit quirky, watch your head when dealing with the laundry.

This place is nice

Obviously the location is perfect, you can tell that from the description. What the description doesn't say is that the towels are fluffy and soft, the kitchen has matching silverware and plates, and the beds were comfy. I can't wait to stay here again.

Cozy place & Communicative Host

The place is very much as advertised. Cozy with a warm fire in the living room. The walk to the ski lifts is short but uphill. Lots of spice and kitchen utensils to cook. The owner is the property manager and she is very communicative and easy to deal with. It was a great stay and solid value for a walk to the lifts.
