Nestled at the foot of Main Street, this premium Marriott resort is a Park City gem. It’s <2-min walk to the Town Lift which then connects into the vast trails and slopes network of Park City and Canyons. The nearest bus stop on the FREE Park City network is a 2-min walk. Hop on a bus to Deer Valley, Mountain Village, Fresh Market, etc. For destinations beyond the immediate Park City area, the local transit station is ~10 min walk – as is the State Liquor Store. A car is not a necessity here, but nevertheless, resort parking is free when you rent from an owner.
The location is unbeatable! Along Main Street there is a plethora of excellent restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries, historical buildings, and a vibrant night life. All venues are accessible by foot, or via the quaint trolly that runs up and down Main.
The resort consists of six buildings, each with four floors, spread around a central plaza with several restaurants and two cozy firepits. There is an exercise facility, heated indoor/outdoor pool, four hot-tubs, a family activities center and a business center. The 2-BR/2BA villas include: 1) a 900+ sq-ft suite unit with a separate living/dining room, fireplace, full kitchen and a washer/dryer; and 2) a 300 sq-ft studio unit with a kitchenette and full bath. As 2027 is forecasted to be a strong El Nino year – heavy rains and plenty of mountain snow -- it would be wise to get your ski vacation booked early.
