Ski-in/Ski-out Condo next to the Town Lift
The condo comfortably sleeps 6-persons with a master bedroom and bathroom, a second bedroom with a dedicated bathroom and a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have large closets, flat screen TV's and mobile phone charging stations. There is a fully equipped kitchen and seating for 6-persons in the dining area. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a self starting gas fireplace. Outside, there is a full length balcony with outdoor chairs and table to enjoy an afternoon drink as the sun sets over the mountains. Relax in the new roof top jacuzzi or sit by the fire-pit area with lounge seating. There is also a large roof top bbq area with bar style seating. Feel secure with a free assigned underground parking space close to the elevator for convenient access the the condo. This is a non-smoking condo.
There is a convenient ski and snowboard rental shop located in the building on the 2nd floor that has a complimentary overnight equipment valet storage. If you have your own equipment, there is a dedicated secure locker in the hallway that will hold equipment for 6-persons. Park City ski passes can be purchased at the ticket office located next to the ski rental shop. And the best part is that the Town Lift chair lift is directly across the deck a mere 25 steps from the condo.
Dining, shopping, night time entertainment and art galleries are all on Main Street with dozens of restaurants, eclectic stores, art galleries and drinking establishments. All are within walking distance from the condo. There is also a free shuttle bus available throughout the Park City area with a stop directly in front of the condo.
If you choose to visit Park City during the summer months, there are an abundance of summer activities to choose from including biking, hiking, golfing and water sports. There are several bike rentals options available including electric commuter bike pick-up/drop-off stations located throughout the Park City area or mountain bike rentals from several shops that are within a few minutes walking distance from the condo. Park City offers miles of hiking trails and hiking maps are available at several of the local Main Street shops. If water sports are your choice, then Lake Jordanelle is a close drive away for sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking and fishing. Then there are several rafting locations throughout the Park City area. Golf courses are also in abundance in the Park City area.
