Welcome, welcome to the Unique Gardens. Bright, cozy cottage set in the back of the property of a flower farm. Professionally furnished single level home, this place is a wonderful space to stay while you visit the area.

Single level home that has been recently updated and is stylishly furnished. Many extras throughout the house to make you feel right at home.

As you enter the home you will find the master bedroom & bathroom are located on the right. As you keep going through the home you have the living room, then the dining room and after that the kitchen. The 2 other bedrooms, the 2nd bathroom and the laundry room are towards the back of the home.

Each bedroom has a very comfy mattress, sound makers, phone chargers & comfy blankets & pillows.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of pots & pans, along with a ninja blender, crock pot & waffle maker.

The living room is a very cozy area with comfy couches to sit around and enjoy some quality chats with friends.

Please note: There is not a TV in the house but there is good WIFI available to stream movies on your devices.

The house is located out behind the main house on the property. The entire house will be yours to enjoy. You can also walk through the flower gardens, we just ask that you stay on the main trails and please do not pick the flowers without asking.
Note: The barn and main house on the property are off limits to guests.

The owners live on the property and they will be around there working on the farm, in the flower gardens, etc.

Quiet, laid back neighborhood but within minutes of the highway and shopping centers.

A car is needed to get around. There is also Uber rides in the area.

This is a 2nd house on the farm in the back corner behind the main house. The owners live in the main house on the property and you will see them around there working in the flower gardens during your stay.
Hey there! We can't wait to host you during your stay in the heart of Amish Country! However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our place (we take a lot of pride in it!) and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy.

1. All local Lancaster County residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking.
2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior.
4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section.
5. Renters agree to not contact the host until they have read the House Manual. Will be sent 2 days before arrival.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for every day of the rental period).
7. Unless previously agreed upon with host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr for each hour thereafter.
8. No Pets allowed. $200 Fine if Rule is broken.
9. If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheduling conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing to discount or refund, said guest.
10. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees.
11. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.
