Disappointing

I read reviews about unpleasant staff but chose to somewhat disregard thinking everyone has a bad day every once in a while. But it turns out reviews about staff were fairly indicatitive of day to day behaviour. From the 2 staff outside on smoke break who were annoyed by the sound of my luggage on the sidewalk, to the annoyed/irritated responses/attitude from reception, to me standing and waiting for chit chat between staff to wrap up before they even glanced in my direction - just wow. I don't understand, nor do I wish to. I would not stay again. Rooms are ok. "Shower" is just a curtain in part of the bathroom with a squeegee to remove all the water from the floor since there is no real shower. Odd. No shampoo and the soap in the shower appears to be the same as the handsoap at the sink. Complimentary candies in the room are either melted or 'previously sampled'. Seems I wasn't the only one who did not enjoy them as there were old, unwrapped ones on the floor which gives a pretty good idea how thorough the 'cleaning' is.

Storsett fornøyd, koselig hotell.

Vi var 2 venninner som bodde på hotellet i 3 overnattinger. Stortsett alt var bra, bortsett fra at det manglet bestill på kjøkkenet i skuffene. Vi hadde frokost på hotellet, men siden det var et lite kjøkken med kjøleskap og vannkran, hadde det vært fint med noe bestikk til bruk senere på dagen.

Kokonaisuus erittäin hyvä. Siisteys hyvällä tasolla, toki aina parannettavaa. Yövyimme huoneistossa, joka oli tilava ja mukava. Iso parveke plussaa. Aamupalan osalta olisin toivonut hiukan laajempaa tarjontaa.

Respan työntekijät olivat kovin tylyjä. Lisäksi hotelli oli todella sekava ja joka puolella haisi pahalle. Ilmastointia ei ollut ja äänieristeet olivat olemattomat joten nukkumisestakaa ei tullu mitää…positiivisena yllätyksenä kuitenkin oli se että kylpylä oli viihtyisä ja kiva. Mutta jos pelkästään tulee yöpymään niin en suosittelisi majoitusta.

uneton yö

en saanut nukuttua kun yläpuolella kolisteltiin kaiken yötä. toinen käynti yöllä respassa kolmen aikoihin hiljensi lopulta melun, mutta yö jäi lyhyeksi kun herätys oli kuudelta !!!!!! Aamulla sain tietää että nuorisoporukka oli viettänyt siellä yötä. muuten huone oli hyvä ja sänky myös kun vaan olisi saanut nukuttua kun oli ajomatkaa seur päivänä

Tasoa ok hotelli, jossa hyvä kylpylä

Majoituimme erillisessä rakennuksessa, jossa on suurempia huoneistoja. Kolmen yön majoittumisen aikana huonetta ei siivottu kertaakaan eikä pyyhkeitä vaihdettu. Varsinaista tarvetta siivoukselle ei tosin ollutkaan. Huoneesta löytyi oma imuri, jolla eteisin kulkeutuneet roskat oli helppo imuroida itsekin. Kaikinpuolin ihan ok hotelli, mutta ei mitään luksusta. Hintaansa nähden olisi odottanut korkeampaa tasoa. Kylpylä oli ihan mukava ja siisti.

Meille oli tosi pettymys tämä yöpyminen.Olimme kolme yötä tyttäremme ja lapsen lapsen kanssa.Yöpymispaikka oli jo hienoinen yllätys,koska se sijaitsikin muualla kuin kylpylän huoneistossa.Ilmastointia ei saatu kunnolla toimimaan ja makuuhuoneessaan oli yöllä 27c lämpöä.Kolmeen yöhön ei pystynyt nukkumaan.wc paperia ei ollut ja jälkikäteen lähtiessä infossa kerrottiin että siivoojankin olisi pitänyt käydä,meillä ei käynyt.Siivottiin itse.Mieheni kanssa oltiin tässä kylpylä hotellissa vuosia sitten ja oli meistä mahtava paikka.Perun kaikki ylistämisen ystäville ja kavereille.Niin myös tyttäreni tulee tekemään.Kaikin puolin ikävä palaute teille valitettavasti.

Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia ja vain yksi pöytätuuletin kahden huoneen perhehuoneessa. Toisen sai onneksi pyytämällä respasta. Oli siis aika kuuma yöpyminen. Televisio huoneessa ei toiminut. Sängyt eivät olleet hyvät. Palvelu oli hyvää ja kaikkialla oli siistiä. Aamupala ihan ok hyvä. Kylpylä ja sen saunat oli kivat!
