ANEMOS, meaning the wind, is an independent modern retreat of 70 sq.m. in two levels and accommodates 2 guests in a spacious living room with open plan fully equipped kitchen and guest bathroom with shower. In the lower level there is the master bedroom with en suite facilities.
Its spacious area of private terraces, dining and lounge ares are furnished for guests every need. The 3,5X8 m. swimming pool used also by the adjoining house FOS, is situated for relaxation and enjoyment of the magical views and sunsets.

The entrance on the upper level, enters from the parking leading to a spacious living room, open plan fully equipped kitchen with guest bathroom with shower with access to a private veranda with sea views. The living room is amply furnished and has ceiling fan, A/C, flat TV, DVD player and HI-FI.
The stairway leads to the lower level where there is a a master bedroom with en suite facilities and access to a private veranda. The bedroom offers A/C, flat TV, WiFi. Off the bedroom, you find private veranda with dining area for 8 guests and with stunning views to the Aegean , to the port of Paroikia and swimming pool.
The common swimming pool of 3,5X8 metres is 4 steps below the terrace. The spacious terraces of 110 sq.m. offer all that is needed for the guests to enjoy the spectacular views and magical sunsets.
