La peor estadía

El servicio fue pésimo, rentamos una habitación para 4 adultos y nos dieron una habitación con una cama, reclamamos y nos movieron a otra que tenia sofá cama, super incomodos. Todo el hotel huele a cigarro y todo visiblemente sucio.

Great stay. I have been using hotels.com for 15 years. Currently I am in Istanbul, Turkey. Evin Suit Hotel is terrible experience. Please dont use Evin Suit Hotel in Istanbul.

It seems that the management of the hotel tries to save expenses and provides the minimum to the guests. Laundry machine does not work, breakfast is poor, no tea bags in the hotel!

There was an older section that was remote and not well lit. I would not want to stay in that section. I stayed near the front desk. Room was clean and warm. Nice bedclothes and bathroom. The furnitute was updated. I used th fridge and it was perfect. There was also a microwave. I had no tv remote. The front desk man came down immediately and set up the tv and the remote for me in a matter of a few minutes. He was very nice and even showed me how to work the remote! In the morning, the breakfast was very good. I made a waffle and drank juice. Great stay!!

The room that I ordered was not the room that I received the room was dirty. It was old looking it did not like it was part of the day's end. I was very unhappy and I left at six in the morning

This property is far from what’s being advertised! It was dirty, the bathroom had mold, the beds had bed bugs! The over night staff member was rude and unwilling to help! The bed sheets had holes and the list keeps going!
