My only real complaint is the TV service shorted at about 11:00 PM...The front desk said it was the whole hotel...not just my room. He was professional about it . I went to bed...and it was back on at 6:30 AM when I woke up.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the service was inattentive and unwelcoming. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and any requests were met with indifference or long delays. The room was poorly maintained — stained linens, a strange odor, and a lack of basic cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable. The amenities were either broken or not as advertised, and the noise levels at night made it impossible to get any rest. What bothered me the most was the stark difference between what was promised online and what was actually provided. This felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available in the same price range with much higher standards of service

Receptionist was terrible and their behavior was horrible and rude. Property was not clean. In our room, there was water coming out of the refrigerator and when i asked the receptionist to clean that, she just refused to help. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Worst experience ever. Although a smoking room. Everything in the room reeks of weed. Dust and goo on everything that you are going to touch. Hair dryer doesnt work. Bath tub doesnt drain. Bedsheets have burn holes. Dont go there.
